1. What might have been the effects for us today if we had started to try to prevent 'global cooling' back then?
2. Does this new knowledge make you doubt the validity of the current scientific research and beliefs? Explain your answer.

Assignment: Use the link to the right to access entitled "IPCC 2007 Report" (or click here). You are NOT expected to read the whole report, and I would not anticipate you to be able to understand all of it. However, you ought to pick up main ideas by reading titles, bullets, and interpreting the diagrams and charts.

Following your brief review (about 10-20 minutes) of the website, respond to this post by listing six things you have learned or found interesting from ths report. Please use your own wording--do NOT copy the report's words!
